This cozy and wide apartment for temporary rentals (3 bedrooms, double living room, 2 complete bathrooms and separate kitchen) is located in the heart of Milan (but not in Area C), a few steps from Piazza XXIV Maggio.
In a few minutes you can reach the Duomo, the Darsena and Navigli, one of the most suggestive areas of the city. It is an excellent temporary rental apartment for business or tourist stays.
The apartment is located in an elegant, historic building, with daytime concierge and lift.
It is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that comfortably accommodates 6 people.
The interior furnishings make the atmospheres functional, livable, and refined. The large windows, the high ceilings and the double exposure make it always bright, the precious parquet, the arched glass window that separates the two lounges, the chandeliers hand down the history of this house.

The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe and desk for reading or working on the computer.
The third and last bedroom is the master bedroom, with double bed, desk, large wardrobe, balcony and en-suite bathroom (with toilet and shower).
The master bathroom is fully equipped, has a marble-style stoneware cladding and a rather large shower.

We invite our guests to carefully read all details about the apartment of their interest, clarifying any doubts before making the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 14 days prior to arrival the booking fee will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the entire booking fee will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date, the booking fee + one night will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or during the reservation 50% of the unused nights will be retained.
MID-TERM RENTALS : We require a 30-day notice
We rely on a professional cleaning company that follows a precise protocol for each intervention; the company takes care of the best possible sanitisation of every room, surface and element in the property. The linen is washed and treated at high temperatures to best sanitise the fabrics.
