The apartment is full of character (that’s why we’ve called Charisma 😉, We fell in love with this house from the very first meeting with the owners. The atmosphere is truly welcoming; it’s the perfect place for those who need to work remotely, as it makes working from home a pleasure. It’s a place you joyfully return to after a day’s work or exploring the city.
The high sloping roof and its many windows allow natural light to flood the space. The small but delightful outdoor area makes the house even more inviting.
The Layout
The apartment is fully furnished and located on the top floor of a well-maintained building with daytime concierge service. Please note: the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor; to reach the apartment, you must take some stairs (which are rather wide and not steep).

This neighborhood is one of the most authentic in the city and boasts a unique combination of history, parks, theaters, culture, and modernity. Along its elegant tree-lined streets, you’ll find luxury boutiques (such as Corso Vercelli), trendy cafes, and refined restaurants, creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
It’s very well connected to the major point of interest of Milan. It is an elegant neighborhood close to the Milan historic center (15 minutes with public transport from the Duomo Square) but there is no shortage of streets with many shops and restaurants.
The area maintains an old-world charm, nowdays it is known is famous for shopping and socializing (Via Marghera).
The area is full of parks and it’s 15 minutes walking from the Navigli, famous for the aperitifs and the “movida”.
Few tips :
- Fiera Milano City, CityLife, one of the newest and luxurious districts in the city, featuring cutting-edge office buildings and skyscrapers. The expansive CityLife Shopping District offers trendy shops, international restaurants, and a cinema.
- Approximately a 10-minute walk away is the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, located in the heart of Milan, where you can admire Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper fresco.
- The Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology is a highly recommended attraction not far from the house.
- Additionally, we invite you to explore the Triennale di Milano (and enjoy the beautiful Parco Sempione), an Italian institution for design, architecture, decorative and visual arts, fashion, and audiovisual production, hosting both permanent and temporary exhibitions.
Getting around
This mid-term rental apartment in Milan enjoys a privileged location and is well connected to the city’s historic center. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the heart of the city thanks to its proximity to the M1 Wagner metro station on the red line.
Many buses and trams (even next to the building) in the area provide access to all the places of interest.

We invite our guests to carefully read all details about the apartment of their interest, clarifying any doubts before making the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival the booking fee will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the entire booking fee will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date, the booking fee + one night will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or during the reservation 50% of the unused nights will be retained.
MID-TERM RENTALS : We require a 45-day notice
We rely on a professional cleaning company that follows a precise protocol for each intervention; the company takes care of the best possible sanitisation of every room, surface and element in the property. The linen is washed and treated at high temperatures to best sanitise the fabrics.
