Modern and quality elements, such as the kitchen and the living area, the well-distributed storage spaces, the glossy surfaces harmoniously complete the historic structure of the house, which can be notice from the high ceilings with wooden beams or from the brick of the door arches.
A large living area, with two large and comfortable sofas, two single sofa beds, placed in front of the TV and the fireplace (not usable). To complete the space a large shelf and a wardrobe and a crockery, a table for 6 people to dine or work.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare dishes of all kinds, as well as being equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, kettle, moka, Nespresso, blender etc. Also in the kitchen there is an island, which can be used as a work surface or for meals. The interesting thing about the kitchen is that it can be hidden behind large glass doors.
The bedroom is welcoming and offers a comfortable double bed and bedside tables, a large wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with sanitary and shower.
The short term apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and elegant districts of Milan, exactly between Porta Garibaldi and Moscova. Here you can stroll and shop, discover interesting trendy boutiques, designer shops, visit museums, choose from dozens of restaurants and cafes for lunches, dinners or aperitifs.
The strategic position allows in a short time to reach the main attractions of the city, on foot or by public transport, many in the area.

> REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
300 euro or 500 euro – depending on the property
> Security deposits are typically refunded upon departure if the property has no damages
We invite our guests to clarify any doubts before making the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival the booking fee will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the entire booking fee will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made within 7 days before or the day of arrival or during the reservation 50% of the unused nights will be retained.
MID TERM RESERVATIONS – we require at least 45 DAYS NOTICE
We rely on a professional cleaning company that follows a precise protocol for each intervention; the company takes care of the best possible sanitisation of every room, surface and element in the property. The linen is washed and treated at high temperatures to best sanitise the fabrics.
